"I tore up my awning and dinged another trailer while doing it!!! Christian made two trips to where we have the trailer stored. On the first he got half of the awning out of the way. He then ordered parts for the other trailer and half of the awning support for me. When the parts came, we made an appointment and met him at the storage yard. He was already there and working on the other trailer when we arrived. Then he worked on our trailer. When he had finished, you couldn't tell anything had happened. His charges were inexpensive too! "I had my motorhome at Camping World to check my inverter as it was faulting with an "over temp" on the display. I could not hear any fans coming on when it would fault and shut off power to the coach. The power would resume once it cooled off. Camping World's diagnostics came back I need a new inverter with a price tag over $3,200. The service advisor upon questioning him said these inverters cannot be fixed and I need to replace it. I decided to bring my motorhome home and I tested the inverter. It was not damaged and still was working. I called and spoke with a tech at Fleetwood that said I should be able to replace the fans. It was also pointed out at Camping World that someone put an aftermarket temperature sensor on, so I decided to buy a factory MAGNUM temperature sensor. I decided to use Cj as he has such good reviews. I am over thrilled I went with my gut and and bought the fans, temperature sensor and had Cj install the new parts. We plugged in the motorhome and it has been working like a charm. Between parts and labor I spent about $580 verses the $3,200 Camping World wanted to charge me. Will definitely use Cj again and will recommend him."

We were packed up and ready to leave for a 2 month trip and lost all power to operate the slides and jacks on our 5th wheel. We searched Yelp for a mobile RV tech and called Infinite RV at 12:30 pm. CJ answered right away, asked us a few questions and for a couple of photos then gave us an idea of what it could be. When we told him of our urgency, he confirmed that he could be out to our house at 6:30 pm THAT SAME DAY. On his way, he texted his time of arrival and got to us on time. "We were camping in our RV when the CO/Propane detector went off in the middle of the night. So we got up, opened the windows and doors and the alarm went silent. But since we didn't know the issue, we turned off the propane and spent the remainder of the night without heat. It was 34 degrees outside! When we got back home I started looking for repairmen. The dealers seemed too expensive. I found Infinite RV Repair on YELP and requested a quote. Chris and I initiated a dialogue and he was very responsive and complete in his answers. Within a couple days he came out and diagnosed the problem - a defective regulator coming off the external propane tank. He ordered the part and installed the new regulator 2 days later. He performed the "drop test" and it was still leaking, downstream from the repair he had made. He ordered a 2nd part and that fixed the problem. During the process, he communicated frequently and clearly. While he was here, he explained exactly what he was doing to we could follow along. He charged a fair price. I highly recommend this knowledgeable repairman for any RV repairs!!"

"I'm a new owner of a 20 year old class A motor home. After I brought it to SoCal, I noticed the Agua Hot on demand water heater's burner system wasn't working. The electric side of the system did, however the diesel burning side wasn't. In the cold, it can't heat the interior to well or supply hot water for more than 20 seconds. I searched Yelp and found Infinite RV Mobile Service with good reviews. I text CJ if he worked on Agua Hots. He said he had and came out to the RV park I was visiting. He checked it out and decided to do the annual recommended maintenance on it first, which is replacing the fuel nozzle and fuel filter. He ordered the parts which weren't expected for a week. Having been in the RV repair business for a while, he contacted a couple of repair friends in the business to see if they had the needed parts laying around. Lucky enough, he found the nozzle and fuel filter and came back out two days later. He replaced the parts and still not working. He performed a diagnostic on the burner unit and was able to narrow it down to being the ignition module. He also called Agua Hot and got more information on what else might be happening from their techs. He checkout the other "easier" solutions to no avail. I ordered the ignition module from Amazon which came a few days later. CJ squeezed me into his schedule and installed the igniter which fixed my problem. Immediate hot water for showers and the cabin heater works well. CJ was always up front, honest, resourceful, on time, did his research and didn't waste his time which was money saved for me. I've since gotten estimates from him on other items I'd like to add on eventually. I highly recommend Infinite for any non-chassis related RV repair. I'll definitely have CJ do any future repairs."
